Slow roasted full or half rack of ribs basted with HRC BBQ sauce. Served with a baked potato and homemade garlic bread.
Key Lime Tart
Bread Pudding served with a warm caramel sauce and Guernsey French vanilla ice cream.
A velvety smooth Vanilla Cheesecake enhanced with chocolate, pecans and caramel; finished with chocolate ganache and caramel.
