Twenty-four ounce bone in rib steak “au poivre”  with bacon and mushrooms, served with striped Yukon gold potatoes and fresh vegetables

Filet of rainbow trout dredged in seasoned flour and sauteed until golden brown; topped with a lemon brown butter sauce with capers and tomatoes.  Served with wild rice and fresh vegetables

The Big Crispy

Icelandic cod lightly dipped in a Blue Moon beer batter and quick fried; served with French fries and fresh vegetables
