Grilled Margarita Tenderloin

Two four ounce Filets marinated in Tequila, lime juice and triple sec, grilled to your liking and served on a heated skillet with grilled onions and sweet bell peppers.  The entree is served with Spanish rice, fresh avocado and lime.

Oven Baked Black Cod

A filet of seasoned Black Cod, encrusted with scalloped potatoes and Parmesan cheese, baked in the oven until tender.  Served over a basil cream sauce with vegetables du jour.

Duo flavored Cheesecake

A delicious mix of two flavors; chocolate cheesecake on the bottom with banana cheesecake on top, served in a pool of creme Anglaise

White Chocolate Creme Brulee

Enjoy our classic Creme Brulee flavored with vanilla beans and white chocolate; garnished with fresh fruit!
