TWIN SIRLOIN KABOBS

Marinated Sirloin skewered with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms; char grilled to order and served over a bed of yellow rice.  Served with hummus and fresh flat bread with a garlic sauce for dipping. 

RUBY RED TROUT

A filet of Ruby Red Trout encrusted with Alaskan King crab and baked; finished with a spicy herb remoulade with roasted baby potatoes and the vegetable du jour.

BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKEl

Enjoy a slice of vanilla Cheesecake flavored with fresh blueberries; served with a mixed berry sauce.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TORTE

Chocolate chiffon cake filled with a whipped raspberry mousse, served ala mode with your choice of Guernsey ice cream

COCONUT CREAM TORTE

Vanilla Chiffon cake filled with a light coconut cream buttercream, finished with toasted coconut!  Served in a pool of raspberry sauce
