Coconut Shrimp Appetizer

Six jumbo Shrimp rolled in a coconut breading and quick fried; served with a mango chutney for dipping

 

 Veal Genoa

Provimi Veal scallops sautéed with pepperoncinis, caramelized onion, sweet red peppers and genoa salami deglazed with a butter beef stock flavored with marsala wine.  Served with zesty linguine and wilted spinach

 

The Big Crispy

A filet of Icelandic Cod dredged in a Blue Moon beer batter and quick fried until golden brown; served with a fresh pineapple coleslaw and French fries

 

Sweet & Sour Whitefish

Filet of Whitefish seasoned with Chinese spices and broiled.  Served on a bed of ginger infused jasmine rice and fresh vegetables, finished with a House made sweet & sour sauce

In addition to our assortment of dessert cart sweets we offer a traditional Guernsey Ice Cream Sundae with choice of toppings and a Lemon Sorbet.  For our gluten-free dessert entertain your palate with a slice of our dense Chocolate Truffle Torte, it is delicious!
