Appetizer Trio:  Ahi Tuna sliders, seared medium rare

One rolled in ground wasabi topped with braised red cabbage, a fried Yukon chip, finished with a wasabi aioli; One rolled in a barbeque rub topped with a fried onion ring, finished with HRC barbeque sauce; One marinated in a citrus soy, topped with shaved carrots, finished with a sweet chili reduction


Roasted Duckling

Slow roasted half Duckling, crisp and tender, brushed with a walnut Bourbon butter;  served with a wild rice pilaf and fresh vegetables


Shrimp and Scallops Lirio

Shrimp and Scallops poached together in a spicy tomato clam broth, served over Angel hair pasta, finished with fresh scallions, fresh shaved Parmesan cheese and a grilled wedge of French bread


Dessert Alert!

~Enjoy a slice of layered Apple Flan served with a caramel drizzle and a scoop of Guernsey French vanilla ice cream~

In addition to our assortment of dessert cart sweets we offer a traditional Guernsey Ice Cream Sundae with choice of toppings and a Lemon Sorbet.  For our gluten-free dessert entertain your palate with a slice of our dense Chocolate Truffle Torte, it is delicious!
