GRILLED SWORDFISH

Filet of Swordfish, seasoned and char grilled, served in a pool of a creamy marsala sauce with mushrooms, caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes.  Served with wild rice and fresh vegetables.

 

 

BEEF SAUERBRATEN WITH SPAETZLE DUMPLINGS

A traditional German Beef entrée, cooked slow on low heat, served with home made spaetzle dumplings and braised red cabbage with apples.

 

Dessert Alert!

Enjoy a slice of in house baked Apple Crisp served warm with a scoop of Guernsey French Vanilla Ice cream; drizzled with fresh caramel sauce!

 

 ~We have “gluten-free crackers” for the relish tray upon request~ 

In addition to our assortment of dessert cart sweets we offer a traditional Guernsey Ice Cream Sundae with choice of toppings and a Lemon Sorbet.  For our gluten-free dessert entertain your palate with a slice of our dense Chocolate Truffle Torte, it is delicious!
