the wait staff will also offer Dinner specials; please see the Entrees listed below~

Center cut Prime Ribeye

A twenty ounce center cut Prime Ribeye, cooked to your liking, served with the vegetable and potato du jour and a chimichurri sauce ‘on the side’

Provimi Veal Chop

Slow roasted, finished with shallots and sun dried tomatoes in a mushroom demi-glace

Seafood En Croute

Shrimp and Sea Scallops together with Portobello mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, shallots and garlic; flambéed with a cognac cream sauce, garnished with parmesan cheese.  Served with the vegetable du jour.

Fish En Papillote

Filet of Orange Roughy stuffed with crab meat served atop Yukon gold potatoes with zucchini, roasted peppers and caramelized lemon; roasted garlic infused, drizzled with fresh herbs.

~SWEET ENDINGS~

Holiday Chocolate Yule Log served over a sabayon sauce.

We have "gluten-free crackers" for the relish tray upon request

In addition to our assortment of dessert cart sweets we offer a traditional Guernsey Ice Cream Sundae with choice of toppings and a Lemon Sorbet. For our gluten-free dessert entertain your palate with a slice of our dense Chocolate Truffle Torte, it is delicious!
